RJI interview with Steve Watt, former Wyoming State Trooper
We are re-publishing our interview with crime victim/survivor Stephen Watt, former Wyoming State Trooper. He tells of how he survived a very violent encounter with a bank robber while serving as a law enforcement officer. Watt supports restorative justice. He chose to meet his offender in prison.
Watt is currently serving as a state representative in Wyoming. He also is a member of RJI’s Global Steering Committee. This is his story.
