RJI Appoints Three Ambassadors of Restorative Justice (December 9, 2025)

Restorative Justice International (RJI) today announced the appointment of three individuals as RJI Ambassadors of Restorative Justice. The appointees have tremendous expertise in the following areas: human rights, victim offender dialogue, restorative justice in serious violent cases, and in-custody restorative justice. The appointees are Reverend Jonathan Peter Clayton (South Africa), Professor Marie Keenan (Ireland), and Reverend Dr. Jack Sullivan Jr. (Ohio, U.S.).

“We present our highest award for restorative justice to Reverend Jonathan Peter Clayton, Professor Marie Keenan and Reverend Dr. Jack Sullivan Jr. as RJI Ambassadors of Restorative Justice. We thank them and congratulate them for their contribution and service to so many who have benefited from their work: victims, offenders, and communities,” said RJI President Lisa Rea.
