National Catholic Reporter: Reform of Justice System Needs Restorative Justice

Restorative justice is needed as the United States debates what to do with its justice system. Action is needed by the U.S. Congress. Reform of the justice system must be guided by restorative justice which seeks to transform offenders who commit crimes while restoring crime victims, as much as possible, and communities as well also injured by crime. Offender accountability is key.
