Evidence Based Research: Victims and Restorative Justice (Europe)
RJI is linking the following research published by the European Forum on Restorative Justice. This research examines victims and restorative justice in three countries: Finland, Austria and The Netherlands. The research editors include Daniela Bolivar, Ivo Aertsen and Inge Vanfraechem.
Restorative Justice International is always pleased to share and assist in contributing to evidence based research that allows the expansion of restorative justice nationally and globally. Policy makers who are tasked at considering our justice systems and how to improve them must seek cutting edge research to guide their decisions.
