Today’s podcast is with Dr. Brunilda Pali from Belgium.
The focus of the podcast is environment justice, environment harm/crime and the emerging concept of environmental restorative justice. We also talk about these topics in light of the pressing reality of climate change.
Brunilda Pali (PhD) is Senior Researcher at KU Leuven (Belgium). She is currently a board member and Secretary of the European Forum for Restorative Justice (EFRJ). She has co-edited Critical Restorative Justice (Hart Publishing, 2017) and Restoring Justice and Security in Intercultural Europe (Routledge, 2018). She is currently co-editing the Handbook of Environmental Restorative Justice (Palgrave, 2022) and Research Methods in Restorative Justice (Eleven International Publishing, 2022). Brunilda has studied Psychology at the University of Bosphorus in Istanbul (Turkey), Gender Studies at the Central European University in Budapest (Hungary), Cultural Studies at Bilgi University in Istanbul (Turkey), and Criminology at KU Leuven (Belgium).
